Here are the tips and tricks from PGMI UIN Malang alumni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administrative Selection<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Make sure your name is NOT listed in DAPODIK or SIMPATIKA databases.<br>b. Prepare necessary documents (diploma, transcripts, photos).<br>c. Practice and get used to writing essays with the required word count.<br>d. Formulate visionary goals.<br>e. Keep a copy of the written essay for interview preparation to ensure consistent answers.<br>f. Be meticulous when filling in data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Substantive Test (Literacy, Numeracy, and Subject Matter)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Practice a lot of AKM (Academic Potential Test) questions.<br>b. Practice quickly comprehending story-based questions.<br>c. Create a Google Drive folder for collecting practice questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Interview Test<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Provide answers consistent with the essay.<br>b. Answer questions confidently, clearly, and in accordance with the question.<br>c. Ensure a secure internet connection.<br>d. Interview test indicators:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Building positive working relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compelling communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decision making<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ethical maturity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mission\/purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resilience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valuing differences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These are some of the tips shared by alumni who have successfully passed the PPG Prajabatan.
